Our Faculty
She has graduated in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from a prestigious Rizvi college of Hotel Management and Completed her Master’s Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management.
She has a long & fruitful 23 years of experience with an optimal blend of industry and teaching. She began her career at The Ambassador, Churchgate where she served for 11 years.
She is an excellent Educator, extremely passionate about teaching, believes in imparting the knowledge and derives immense satisfaction from being able to mould and motivate a new breed of Hospitality students.
She came on board in Institute of culinary Arts & Hotel Management in 2018.
An alumnus of the 2004 batch of Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Hospitality & Tourism Studies, Equipped with rich experience in the hospitality industry for 14 years. Chef Mandar Mhaske started his career with the Ambassador hotel Mumbai and raise to the position of Jr.Sous Chef.
He later joined International Chain Restaurant – Japengo café – Dubai as Incharge, for over two years and joined International cruiseship – Royal Caribbean & princess Cruises for over five years.
He began his teaching career at Ses College of hotel Management – Thane and worked for six years and stepped in teaching field as mentor for students. He has passion for food, teaching and learning which gives him energy to stay strong and steady.
He came on board in Institute of culinary Arts & Hotel Management in 2019.
He has graduated in Tourism & Hospitality Management and completed Masters in Tourism and hospitality management.
An experienced and enthusiastic who believed in molding each students grooming and personality making them ready for hospitality sector. He is an IHM – Shillong Graduated in hotel management and currently pursuing master in tourism and hospitality management.
He has over 9 years experienced in hospitality sector. He has work with Four seasons hotel Mumbai, The Deltin Daman Casino and Resorts, The orchid hotel Mumbai, & Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.(MTDC).
He Started his teaching career with with Atharva College of hotel management as an assistant lecturer. for one year.
He came on board with Institute of culinary Arts & Hotel Management in 2017.
She is a Hospitality educator who has completed her master’s degree in hospitality and tourism. Additionally completed her Post Graduate Degree in History & literature from Mumbai University. She is graduated in History & Literature from Mumbai University.
Over the years she has gained experience in the academic field with extensive knowledge in subjects such as Communication Skills, Tourism Management subjects and Management studies
Ms. Bhagyashree Choudhary is Currently Pursing Master’s in Tourism & Hospitality Management . She has completed Masters in Commerce (Mcom) from the S.N.D.T. Mumbai. Additionally she has completed her Diploma in Human Resource Management From Welingkar Institute of Management.
Over the years she has gained experience in Hospitality Accounts and also working as a Administrator.
